Reiki
Reiki uses natural energy flow for health and well-being. Its gentle nature means Reiki is suitable for all ages. It compliments and enhances all other treatment and can be used during pregnancy.
Reiki can be used to treat the whole body or can be localised to a specific part of the body. You remain fully clothed. During a Reiki treatment I place both hands on or above your head, torso, knees and feet in specific positions, to help to clear any blockages that may be affecting the flow of Chi (or Qi ) energy around the body.
Reiki covers a range of conditions and can help with pain relief. It is believed to accelerate the body's own natural ability to heal itself and re-balances the whole person on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Chakra balancing using Reiki is also available.
