My name is Christine Charters-Young and I am passionate about helping men, women and children to achieve optimum health. Using Reflexology, Massage and Relaxation techniques I can offer you a natural way to improve mood, aid sleep, relieve tension and achieve a greater sense of well-being. Methods are proving to be very effective in tackling a variety of conditions including anxiety and stress.
Specialising in treatments during dental surgery, for babies, children and women before, during and after pregnancy you can be assured of the very best care.
Based at a tranquil practice in Great Bradley which is close to Cambridge and Haverhill, treatments are also available at White Tara in Newmarket and the Saffron Walden Osteopathic Clinic.
Working with schools, local businesses and healthcare organisations I am often asked to deliver workshops, classes and one-to-one sessions. With excellent feedback from many sources my work helping staff to relax was recently featured on BBC Radio Cambridge.
